Hatha
A more traditional branch of yoga incorporates asanas (yoga postures) with pranayama (breathing exercises). The focus of Hatha is the body and breath alignment. Postures are held for longer durations, approximately 3-5 breathes, encouraging the mind-body connection.
VINYASA
A dynamic style of yoga that links postures together. Vinyasa is practiced at a faster pace and focuses on one breath to one movement, creating fluid transitions.
CORE YOGA
A vigorous and dynamic class focusing on core muscles responsible for balance and stability.
